✅ As per the Civil Code of Lithuania any structural building defects fall under the contractor’s warranty within the first 5 years. For any intentionally hidden defects contractor is responsible even after the warranty is over.

✅ According to the Construction legislation letter detailing the contractor’s obligations during the building warranty period has to be submitted at the same time as the Completed Construction Act.

✅Even if the contractor goes bankrupt he is liable for all damage that occurs to the building due to his negligence and has to reimburse all the cost of repairs to the builder during the first 3 years of construction.

✅ The sum of 5% of Construction costs must be allocated to defects.
